I got out a while today, still not enough bugs and stuff,so back to the mineral mine. I never get tired of shooting minerals. These photos are made with 55mm Micro Nikkor ,reversed lens on PB4 Nikon bellows. The minerals are Chalcopyrite on a Dolomite matrix. Cleaning overnight in Iron Out really brings out the iridescent quality of the sample. Overexposed the Dolomite to bring out the iridescents. hope you enjoy.
