Navicula diatom video

Post by carlos.uruguay »

This beautiful small diatom surely belonging to Navicula genus is found in sea water.
It does not measure more than 0.021 millimeters and sails the sea in its silica house
We observed it with oblique semi polarized light and 100X immersion objective
