Vanox AH3 top front camera port thread info needed.

I am hoping that someone who has one of these Vanox microscopes could tell me the female thread specs of the top front camera port. I think it is around 43mm, but I need the exact specs including the pitch so that I can have a custom adapter made. There was an adapter made by Olympus AH2 ADF (Part number 7-C548), but I can't find one. Here is the picture of the port.
