Wild 439168, part of what?

Post by Rorschach »

Hi,

Does anyone know what outfit this one belonged to originally? It looks like a part of the Wild discussion stereomicroscope, but the part number does not match. I have a pdf brochure of the Wild stereomicroscope discussion system and checked the numbers.

The column is very thick. I wanted this unit because of the fine focus capability which is lacking from a Wild M8 normally. It should mate with the M8 without much problems, I think.

Do not worry, I paid much less than what you can see in the pic :D

Mystery solved. It is indeed part of the discussion microscope setup.

I found the reference and the part numbers in a Wild M3 series brochure from late 80ies. So the part number has changed from that which was seen with M8, M7 and so on.
