Fringed Gentian pollinator ID?

At this time of year in North America one of my favorite wildflowers, the Fringed Gentian, blooms. I am currently visiting Wisconsin and was able to visit a gentian population that I helped establish forty years ago. I saw a pollinator but only had my cell phone. Can anyone ID this wasp? Thanks in advance.
