Tokina 100mm Macro Lens

Any have any experience with the TOKINA AT-X 100MM F2.8 MACRO. It's a 1:1 macro on a full frame camera, a bit better on my canon. I've seen some reviews but want to know of practical experience. It seems to be a pretty affordable macro lens for me if it takes sharp pics.

I don't have any experience with this lens but a quick search in Flickr showed that it is quite a sharp lens.
