More from the archives. These were taken with a Sigma 50mm f2.8 EX DG macro on a Pentax KP. Apart from a few obvious ones, I don't know many plant names, so you're on your own for IDs.

Thought it was my eyeballs, at first.
As I scroll the third picture up and down, the leaf appears to close into the center as I scroll down ans open up as I scroll up.
That's the best way I can describe it.

Like the pictures.

The effect that you're seeing may be due to your monitor. Some monitors switch from dark to light faster than they do from light to dark, or vice versa. Either way, horizontal V's really can get narrow/wider when they are scrolled vertically and one edge or the other lags behind by a bit.
