Keep in mind Russians are currently not allowed to leave home so even if you find some on Ebay, the seller won't be able to ship.
I managed to buy an objective from Russia just before the lockdown and it was sent but it's stuck somewhere along the way, no tracking service is able to discover it's whereabouts.
