Nikon D7200, Nikon 50x 0.55 infinity ELWD with the Reichert tube lens ( Microphot with infinity adapter), 265 photos, PS/Picolay, oblique polarisation with variable sliding oblique filter, MgSO4 with fertilizer, continuous light with LED/flash illuminator Microphot version

I assume that Picolay did the stacking and stereo. What functions did PS do?

Correct, Picolay - to create L & R images. PS - conversion and adjustments/retouching. Should add a StereoPhotoMaker also- stereo pair, cropping, frame
