Congratulations Robert on your work using infinite micro lenses,
All are impressive
You have now used a Kenko AC CLOSE-UP No.5 on this,
https://www.photomacrography.net/forum/ ... ht=#254265
You have previously used a Raynox 150 in you other work.
What are your comparisons between these two as a tube lens?
I have been working with a Kenko No 5

I got the Kenko AC CLOSE-UP No.5 from a friend.
I have heard that this lens should not be bad as a tube lens. I haven't used it often.
At the moment I can not see a big difference to a Raynox DCR 150.
But I'll keep testing it.
Regards Robert
Thank you Antonio.
I don't have a BD version. Did you close the lens light channel?
I set the Kenko lens to infinity. The distance from the Kenko lens to the Olympus lens is 50mm for me.

One question please: I have similar objective (Olympus LM Plan FI 20x/0.40 BD) and I think this is good objective but I have some difficulties to have good sharpness
In this photo what is distance from sensor plane to rear thread of tube lens?
Thanks
Antonio
