All images done with 100 lense in DIC, only variating in light intensity.
Recognized the first time this oil drops in Pediastrum boryanum, a mistery.

Hi Anne,

I agree with all above comments, a real pleasure to watch.
What I also like is that they are rather new to me, indeed inspiring to do more with plankton samples.
