Nice! Image 1 is my favourite, beautiful example of autofluorescence.

Answers in order:
-Sample wasnt prepared, it's just cutted on microtome.
-Sure, cube was V-1A, my personal fav. 90% time image looks better than with UV.
-All of them are same image. 2nd and 3rd are just crops from 1st
