Help with reply

Hi Chris, Rik, others,

Not sure where to post this. I can't seem to get a reply to my private message to be sent. I tired 3 times with no luck. Seems the reply is stuck in the "Outbox" and does not show being sent in the "Sentbox".

I have replied before to Chris (12/16), it worked then. I only have a few messages and replys, so the sent & out boxes are not full.

I am on a Mac running Mavericks OS.

Any help is appreciated.

The problem you're having is that your recipients are not reading their PMs.

Outgoing messages always stay in Outbox until the recipient logs in and opens them. Only then do the messages migrate to Sentbox. Despite the name, you should think of Sentbox as some sort of implicit "read receipt".
