Saul, very interesting.
I did not know it, we will have to test it.
These links are on the same website:

The Flock Sheet seems that it could be very useful, but I understand that we must be careful in its use:
"However, as a drawback of the flocking process, dust is generated due to hair loss, so please be careful when using it as a place where cleanliness is required or as an internal part of precision equipment. Also, since it does not have an anti-reflection effect for wavelengths in the near infrared region, it may appear as black with a reddish color when taken with some cameras with wide wavelength sensitivity "

Re: Kokushoku Musou
I have just used Musou Black paint on the inside of Thor Labs (threaded) SM2 tubes (the lens hood and mounting tubes on my Scanner Nikkor 8000ED) . I bought an airbrush kit and connected it via a regulator/filter to my 30L workshop compressor. I diluted the paint and applied a few thin coats. I’m very pleased with the results. I have used flocking in the past and have never been too happy with how easily the fibres are shed - ending up on the sensor. The Musou paint is fragile in the sense that if you scraped it or rubbed it may come off but once dry I don’t get the impression that it would be an issue inside a tube. I was impressed at how effective it was on the fine threaded interior.

Another potentially interesting black is Turner Acrylic Jet Black. I have a tube of this but have not had time to test it yet.

Re: Kokushoku Musou
I gave it a try and it seems to be excellent. The sample is a black anodised T2-Tube, the white thing is a paper sticker which was also covered black. I took the cotton wipe dipped it in the Musou black and wiped once over the area.
