Will ZereneStacker work with no exif data? (Since some manual lenses do not transmit exif data to camera.)

Yes, that's no trouble at all.
Other than image rotation and a few odd cases of color profile, Zerene Stacker does not use the EXIF data for anything. It just copies metadata from input to output, if that option is selected.
