Hey everyone,
have you ever tried to film macro beyond 1:1 magnification? This topic can be very challenging, that's why I have created a tutorial with my best tips for macro photography and especially macro videography. If you need any additional advice feel free to conteact me:)
My goal always was to create a stabile setup to be able to get video footage using F16 at a magnification at 5:1 at a low ISO.
I found that the best solution for me is to combine my macro lens with the raynox DRC250 or NiSi Macro adapter and mount a continuous film light to the top of my lens. To get rid of shaky footage I also use a monopod with loose ball head.
