I'm using a 1.5M pixel c-mount Sony Firewire camera for my experiments at the moment, I don't think using an SLR would do anything for my resolution (suspect similar pixel size?) but I might be able to increase the field of view somewhat so I am considering it.
I have adapters that allow Nikon lenses to be mounted to my C-mount camera but is it possible to get the reverse, something to allow an SLR to be mounted to a c-mount camera tube for example?
