Hi everyone, my son wanted a microscope as he's very interested in studying marine species. So I bought a Zeiss GFL last December, then an old brass Reichert, Olympus sz4045 and an Axiolab Re (incomplete optics)... So apparently I'm hooked too. I did some repairs to all of them, except for the Olympus which came in perfect condition. To my surprise I think I was quite successful, mostly with the help of people from other forums, especially kind folks from Microbehunter, so now I feel I almost know how to do it
GFL became trinocular so I mostly use that one for observing and photomacrography (such a long word), I think I made some progress since the start, but still not close to being completely satisfied with the results. So I come here to learn more...
See you around...
