Hi, I am a lifelong keen amateur photographer, with a particular liking for wildlife, including macro. I currently use a Canon EOS 5D MklV, a series of Canon 'L' lenses, with a Sigma EX 105 f/2.8 Macro Mkll for macro work.
I am about to venture into the world of photomicrography, and am looking at various microscope options, but without spending the sort of money that I spend on my photography gear. Just in case I don't take to it.
Looking forward to getting to know folk here.

Welcome Dave!
Do scour the forum FAQ section. Before you buy a microscope, check FAQ: How can I hook a microscope objective to my camera?, particularly. (And don't buy a stereo!)
It depends on your intended subject, budget, picture usage etc etc. There are so many variables.

Thanks Chris. Still lots of fact finding to do, before I make any decisions.
