After selling my coin collection I am disposing of the related photography equipment. I have loved using this Printing NIkkor 105mm, and had only retaining for nostalgia. In preparing it for sale I noticed some white dots near one of the rear element mounting points. After checking at the local classic Leica shop( who said it wasn't fungus) and in this forum I am confident those white dots are schniederitus( flaking paint/coating). Accordingly I have discounted the lens for the lens and adapter( Takes 52mm reversing ring). Asking €900.00. Located Vienna , Austria

That is the lowest serial number 105PN I've come across. I have added it to the list. Previous low number was 153.

I was told( no evidence) when I purchased it that it was used on the first Star wars film. Its an interesting story but with no confirmed provenance thats all it is: a story.ray_parkhurst wrote: ↑Tue Dec 13, 2022 8:12 pmThat is the lowest serial number 105PN I've come across. Kind of like the story of the 100mm Repro-Nikkor that was floating around eBay for a while. The story on that one was that it was used by Kubrik on 2001: A Space Odyssey.austrokiwi1 wrote: ↑Tue Dec 13, 2022 11:16 pmI was told( no evidence) when I purchased it that it was used on the first Star wars film.
