U-PCD $350 Phase Contrast + Darkfield + Brightfield condenser, NA 1.25 older type. New ones are NA 1.1.
U-PH2 $100 Ph2 Phase contrast annulus
U-PH3 $100 or swap for U-PH3s
U-ANT $100 centre has a burn mark, still produces good extinction when crossed however.

I have the following personal Oly items for sale or trade:
$700: U-UCD universal condenser, dry top lens NA 0.9. It has 5 slots, similar to the U-UCDB. Internal polariser, and it allows centring as well. The prisms are held in using set screws.
$150: U-CT30-2, centring telescope for phase contrast objectives. New in the box.
U-DIC10, want to swap for U-DIC10S. Mine has the box.
PE 3.3x photo eyepiece, $50
Set of phase contrast annuli for universal condenser, Ph1-3. Full size, old film type (rather than thin metal with 3 cutouts).
U-KMAS with custom optic fibre collimating light port, this is for coaxial epi-illumination.
TH4-200 power supply for halogen lamp >>!!! 240V !!!<<<
U-LH100-3 halogen lamp, will supply 2 free Osram bulbs


For parts objective:
UPlanFL 10x, $50. Front lens missing

Good condition objectives:
CPlanFL 10x NA 0.3, for relief contrast, can shoot through a petri dish. $200
MPlanFL 10x NA 0.3, metallurgical objective. $200
Ach 10x, red text, strain free objective for polarised light, $100
UPlanFL 100x NA 1.3 Ph3, phase contrast 100x objective. Hard to find, some internal teflon coatings oxidised, I can't see any effect on image quality. $600

Lenses:
Edmund Optics 68-221, optimised for 0.75x to infinity, produces very good images at 1x. $300
Schneider Xenon-Sapphire 3.9/95-0001 beta=-0.23. $1100
