I am pleased to inform you that I now belong to the "Nikon Plan 10X" club!

Here is my first stack test with this amazing objective(28 frames with Helicon).I understand that this image is far from perfection but it is very uneasy to control the lighting in that case..I have a lot to learn!

Very nice!
Welcome to the "club" :wink:

Using these requires some practice and a more "refined" skill set simply because of the higher magnifications and the extremely shallow DOF.

It's also good to compare stacking programs to see how they handle the job. And if you are using Helicon, start playing around with the "parameters". (Method B, with a larger radius sometimes works better than Method A in these cases).
