Found this beauty (Common Blue Mud-dauber - Chalybion californicum) during a sweep in southern Alberta last August. Nose to butt 20mm.

Tarsi, left rear leg 12x, 101 steps at 10µm. Equipment used, Canon 5D MK IV, Canon MPE 65mm, Zeiss 10x infinity microscope objective with Sigma 70~300 racked out to 300mm.

A gorgeous insect, and very nicely done stack! She looks lethal (presumably to spiders).
