In the mosquito net I found the Common Red Soldier Beetles - Rhagonycha fulva - a couple in a loving embrace. It seems that their feelings were very strong. I posed them on the grass with the help of Bondic about which I found out on the forum. I photographed the sexual organs as they were, and then delicately separated the male and female genitals. I was expecting hooks or spikes on the penis, as is the case with some beetles https://www.nationalgeographic.com/scie ... ith-lasers , but even without them the connection was very durable. On the head, slightly above the mouth parts, I noticed an artifact like a lens. I do not know what it can be.
