Now, I have a M6C-10 microscope with moror on the focus.
I can make very, very small steps in the focus, so the stack contains 1000 frames.
Stacked with AS3 (Autostakkert with ap 16)
The microscope has a LED ring and around the omject i placed a ring of reflection / isolation foil.
