Very clean and with good detail. Looks like a flash(es) has been used. Lighting is a tad on the harsh side.

no I used LED lightning, heavily diffused, but the item is reflective and translucent. (and I like that contrast).

For cleanness I strongly recommend Topaz Denois - a tremendous useful piece of software worth every penny.

I use Topaz Sharpen AI, which combine both sharpening and NR engines. It is not perfect, but does pretty good job at sharpening the in-focus parts of the image while smoothing the out of focus parts / background at the same time.

I especially like the partly amber-colored (Bernstein) hair.
Light, stack and processing are of the finest.
