I can't make these stereo images pop no matter how long I stare at them, so I'm not quite sure what I'm looking at. Did this poor guy lose its head?

@Saul: Thanks for the hint - looks obvious now.
Also, thanks for the tutorial link. I had no problem seeing the cross-eyed 3D image in the 2nd video. But try as I might, it still doesn't work with forum images...
