A most attractive interpretation of a beautiful flower. Nicely rendered.

Very nice, and completely free of stacking artifacts. Do you think moving the rear standard helps with that?

I have the best success with the Cambo and rear standard stepper keeping the front standard lens fixed compared to moving the whole assembly on a rail.. but there are artifacts from time to time and you still need to pay attention to how you are framing the subject. Also there are limits to the extent of the focus since the rear standard focus adjustment only moves roughly 1.5 inches (I have to find the right number). So this setup has limits.

Thanks for the information. I have been trying to build a rear standard stepper system with a full size view camera but without much success.

so Cambo made it easy for me.. their ACXL-985 bracket is designed for a Cognisys stepper motor which I purchased separately from Cognisys, not wanting to disassemble my stackshot rail.

Taht's what I do now, with a geared cine follow-focus device.
