Living specimen brought indoors and subsequently released.
Canon 7D Mark II
Canon MPE-65 1x-5x @ 2X f5.6 10 sec exposures, iso 100

These are cool little bugs, with interesting textures. They also tend to sit very still for long periods, and so are good subjects. You can even focus stack a live one, as you show nicely here.

Thanks Mark, the habits of live ambush type critters is certainly a better fit with stacking than most.
