Very interesting! I have not seen fold-out hooks like this before now.

Do you know what kind of tick this is?

And how did you prepare it?

Exactly I do not know. But it is Exodida, Parasitiformes. Standard tick which preferes humans )
I found it on my leg after walking in the forest. Put it at home in the fridge and after that begin to take photos. No any special preparations.
