I did this one mainly because I was interested in the eye configuration. Hair looks a bit better though

Strikes me as some kind of "March Fly" (Diptera:Bibionidae). See http://bugguide.net/node/view/872654 for example. NikonUser has a nice image HERE, but the eyes on that one are naked.
