Colorful Spider

Although the prep was terrible, I just wanted to see this spider up close. Very cool colors and textures. This is 97 images shot with an MPE65 at about 3X and cropped a little. The stack was Zerene PMAX and photoshop used to crop and auto tone. I might try to pose it better and re-shoot.

What kind of spider is this?

These are technically excellent. I actually prefer the first composition. Sure, it's obviously a dead spider, but lying on that shiny surface makes a nice mirror effect. The spider is a jumper, but beyond that I have no idea.
