Beetle wing cover, 20x

Post by daemonoropsis »

Hi all

I found a large beetle with some nice textures on its wing covers (whats the correct term). I took some field shots and brought it home for a few stacks.

Very nice!

The wing covers are called "elytra" (singular "elytron").

Hej Per

Yes, I'm really loving my 10x and 20x mitu lenses, they rarely let me down :)
