These were shot last night through a Canon 6D and MP-E 65mm which I recently purchased, and am quite pleased with. In the past, using a Nikon D7000 and Nikkor 105mm VR micro I would typically only upload 2048px 'Originals' to flickr to try to hide the fact that they weren't as sharp as I'd have liked. I feel that these are quite nice at full-res. The lens too is a joy to use, easily hand held even at 5X ... a couple of these above are semi-stacks of 4 or 5 images which I was able to piece together.
