Here's my first stack using this method and an objective.
It's a Nikon 4x on a Nikon 180mm f2.8 D lens. 50 images stacked using Zerene of a house fly.

Tom this belongs in with "studio macro" really. The equipment you're using was notable when this thread started but is pretty routine, now!

We'll move it ( & any other replies) when you've had a chance to see this.

The quality looks good. Work on the lighting and the quality will sky-rocket.
