Very, very nice result from the MPE-65. Two fine images.

I'm curious. What sort of combining did you do in PS, and why did you decide to combine in PS instead of ZS?

I also do my dmap/pmax combining in PS (with a layer mask) recently because it gives me better (more precise and more responsive) control over my brush movements, but the biggest advantage is that any action is fully reversible regardless of when I did it during the editing work.

Nice images, BTW.

If that's referring to the historical lack of "undo" in ZS, you might want to download the latest beta (actually a release candidate) at http://zerenesystems.com/cms/stacker/so ... urrentbeta. There are new brushes, also, that act more like Photoshop's -- paint pixel values with adjustable hardness and no pause on mouse-up.

Thanks for the info, denis. Check out the tutorials, especially for retouching, at http://zerenesystems.com/cms/stacker/do ... rialsindex. I'm happy that it's been working for you in Photoshop, but it's good to know what's available in ZS since some types of retouching are much easier there.

Thanks Rik! Will give it a try. I have been so busy lately that I tend to forget to look for newer versions (of other software, too :) ).

Cheers
