(To see the image in 3D, you have to cross your eyes until a third image appears in the middle of the two; then, continue focusing, until the two images are unified in the center; while looking at the center, try to relax the view until you see a sharp, focused image).

The stereo is lovely -- really nice separation of the hairs versus fangs etc.

Stereo also makes the fake pupils be even more convincing, because in 3D the black hole is obviously inside the eye rather than on its surface.
