First Shots

Post by Carl_Constantine »

Picked up my new lens last night and went to Finnerty Gardens here at the local university to take some pics and try it out. It was a bit breezy, so the shots aren't perfect, but I got a few nice ones. It's definitely going to take some practice.

Both shots are F2.8, ISO100, 100mm Av mode. First shot is 1/1600s the second is 1/1300s. I forget what the name of this flower is, so if someone could help with the id, that would be great too.
