Very good Don. Will you be sharing some info about how it was done?

Rework and reposts of my images posted in this forum are always welcome, especially if they come with an explanation of what you did and how you did it.

DonaldB, welcome aboard!

The image is excellent.

It would be even better if presented with some interesting information about the subject or how the image was made.

In fact, postings that are empty except for an attached image are normally rejected by the forum software, with the explanation that "Your message contains too few characters." In the current case, the posting was accepted because it did contain a couple of unneeded [img] tags, which also explains the broken-image icon at top of post.

I hope this helps!

Thanks Rik. i use your program Zerene, stacked 30 images , i use a mechanical self designed and built system thats very unique and havnt shared it with anyone yet , but as you can see it allows me to shoot 4mm fov live subjects which hasnt been done before. my system is still under experimentation and will show others when i have perfected it. camera used a6300 4x microscope objective. I will have plenty of questions for you over time regarding Zerene but all in good time as i have a few other photography projects on the go atm.
