Dragonflies for Carmen

I believe (wrongly, see below) this is a Cinnamon Shadowdragon (Neurocordulia virginiensis) on Chairmaker's Rush (Scirpus americanus).

This seems to be a male Blue Dasher (Pachydiplax longipennis).

Incredible photos.
#1 is not a Neurocordulia

Thanks, NikonUser. Well, what's your guess? Any IDs on the others?

Neurocordulia spp. are distinctive, your #1 is obviously (to me) not one.

I am not familiar with southern odes but:
#1 female Yellow-sided Skimmer. Libellula flavida
#2 a Meadowhawk, male, Sympetrum sp.
#4 looks like a female Blue Dasher.
