late October orthoptera

There are not so many meadow creatures in continental Europe at the end of October, except for some shield bugs, crickets, grasshoppers, hover flies or wolf spiders...

I agree, the pose is the best, the other subjects are partially obscured, although the ephippiger (2nd) has the most interesting body shape ...
