Well, I finally have MicroManager working with my Leica DM IRB/E. The Z-axis turret is focusing via software now (and a few other things). It took me forever it seems to figure it out but that's history now. Hopefully, I'll be able to get some nice images once I figure the rest out. Here are a couple of test images.
