Bonjour, est ce que la gamme d'objectifs Mitutoyo M Plan Apo NIR est compatible pour la macrophotographie ?
Je sais qu'ils sont plus chers que les M Plan Apo "classiques", c'est juste au cas où je trouve une occasion
Merci.

Probably not. I have an m plan apo nuv and while it is OK for normal photography color correction is worse, resolution is lower and the image circle is smaller. It is also worth more, better to sell it and buy a normal objective.

Re: Mitutoyo gamme NIR pour macrophotographie
The M Plan Apo NIR series is corrected from 480 to 1800 nm, so they likely display chromatic aberration in the 400-480 nm range (blue and indigo). Anything above 1,000 nm likely cannot be recorded with a Bayer sensor even after removing the NIR- and NUV-cut filters of the camera, so you would be paying for correction in the 1,000-1,800 nm range but be unable to use it. In practice, in the VIS range an M Plan Apo NIR behaves just like an achromat (2 correction points), not apochromat (3 correction points).
