An interesting lens popped up on Ebay recently. It's an Ushio line scan lens purported to be designed for 3.5x.

I tried to find information on the lens, but there's hardly anything except for the link below (you'll have to use google translate)

It seems that the lens was built in-house specifically for the Ushio circuit inspection device. Looks very interesting....so, who's going to bite?

Don't buy it. It's about $500 from my contact (yeah, I know the person who actually owns this, he has 20 of them).
The lens itself came off a machine for UV related stuff and it's optimised that way, don't expect it to work too well for VIS.
