This lens is incredible. It almost cover the GFX sensor and the image field is very flat.
The fast working aperture also fit the camera's CMOS structure, I think this lens should be suitable for a7r4 too.

This is another test, I would like to scan the film (1:1) by camera.

Due to the movement of turning focus, some edges are blur after stacking.

So that's a 44x33mm sensor? Nice to hear there are no medium format edge effects due to micro-lenses or other digital sensor complications.
However, your posted coin example doesn't really show that very well, since there is no detail in the corners or even on the far edges. May I suggest that a perfectly uniform target would be more informative about this?

Thanks for your advice, I just add the film copy test.Lou Jost wrote:So that's a 44x33mm sensor? Nice to hear there are no medium format edge effects due to micro-lenses or other digital sensor complications.

The Printing Nikkor 105 A is a very impressive lens. However, you may be interested in nathanm's 1x test on his PhaseOne sensor (67mm diagonal) in which he showed that a Schneider MacroVaron had better performance at the image edges.

Thank you for your suggestion, I never heard this lens and will study it later !

Maybe a semiconductor (Silicon) wafer as target?Lou Jost wrote:So that's a 44x33mm sensor? Nice to hear there are no medium format edge effects due to micro-lenses or other digital sensor complications.

Best,
