Canon MP-E 65mm on Nikon Z6/Z7?

I was wondering whether it would be possible to use the Canon MP-E 65mm 1x-5x macro on a Nikon Z6 or Z7, using the new Techart adapter (link). Specifically whether the aperture control would work, using the lens's internal motor.
