Hello,
I would like to give a final update to close this thread.
After a couple or (expensive) wrong purchases, at the end I found the right adapter for my camera tube.
What was wrong is that the flange of my tube is not an ENG (B4) mount, but I found out finally thay it is a "Sony 1/2 inch (M-38 mount)".
So I found a very rare "Sony 1/2 inch - micro 4/3" adapter and finally can use succesfully my 4/3 Panasonic GH2 camera.
