Post by rockycarter »

I am presently working on a project. I have been given a set of measurements. I have no understanding of what they mean. All i know is that it represents a thickness. But in order for myself to make a decision. I hope someone here. Could tell me in mm what these thickness represent. I will explain like compare it to half a milometer or a quarter of a milometer. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Here is the measurements. I hope this is OK to do this

The units are microns (1/1000th of a millimetre). So, for example, 25um is 1/40th of a millimetre and 200um is 1/5th of a millimetre. You should be able to work out the rest.
