Cree recently developed led fixtures with a cri of at least 90. They might be a good light source for color pictures. Home Depot carries a warm color temp version, but there's also a 4K version available.

I see they sell evaluation kits at USD 199 for two lamps. It is not clear if you can choose the colour temperature of the lamps in the kit, though.

Single unmounted modules seem to go for USD 83.73 in quantities of less than 10.
