Snake Shed

Howdy Gang!!!

Picked up this shed and everything was in great condition. You can even see the eye caps!
I believe it is a Florida Black Snake.

Are the lenses functional, as in can they be used for experimental photography?

Thanks for the remarks and I modified the post because those are eye caps not lenses

Hi there!

I had to look up the term "Pogchamp", as I am not in tune with the vocabulary of the younglings!! :)

Anyway, thanks to all for the nice replies.

a few details:

Shot with the Nikon D850
1/10 sec exposure time
298 shots
Zerene software
Photoshop for levels adjustment
The lens is a small Navitar zoom lens used in machine vision

Thanks

Mike

Oh, these are impressive results for a Navitar. Is it a zoom 6000 with the 2x f mount camera adapter?

Hi

I am pretty sure it is the zoom 6000
I have it attached to a Nikon F mount

I set my image size to DX as it is not designed for an fx footprint

I can't believe how clean it is, great shot! I've tried shooting a number shed snake skins but none look as good as yours.
